Meet the Founder.

Kelsey Pienaar

With over a decade of experience as a senior Executive Assistant across various industries in the UK and South Africa, Kelsey brings invaluable expertise to this area.

As a business owner herself, Kelsey offers a unique perspective that greatly enhances her effectiveness as an EA. She understands the complexities and demands of running a business, allowing her to bridge strategic objectives with day-to-day operations. This enables her to anticipate the needs of the senior leaders she supports, providing proactive solutions and tailored assistance that aligns with the organisation’s overarching goals.

Recognising that successful EA partnerships hinge on relationships, Kelsey takes pride in her ability to build long-lasting relationships with her clients.

“I have worked with Kelsey for well over 5 years and have always been impressed by her professionalism and ability to juggle tasks at pace in a fast moving environment. In addition, Kelsey understands the importance of being precise and knows when to act as the critical friend to ensure we all meet the important deadlines. Being successful at this can only be done with humility and building relationships, something Kelsey takes time to do.”

– Mark Gait, Former Director of Virgin Media 02

“I have worked with Kelsey for 5 years and always found her approach to be hugely professional and thoughtful. She has excellent attention to detail and anticipates needs well and plans meticulously. Kelsey has a warm and caring disposition linked to a strong work ethic and a desire to make things work for whoever she is supporting. It is a pleasure to work with Kelsey."

– Giles Hawke, VP/MD of Celebrity Cruise

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kelsey for 5 years. During that time Kelsey has performed all aspects of the EA role to a very high standard. Her attention to detail, and ability to juggle many high-level tasks means she is always super-efficient. On top of this she has good intuition and is highly effective. I would strongly recommend her as a high-level confidential EA to any stretched Executive and she really does function as the ‘right hand’.
